2020 changed everything for me.

Personal experiences in my health journey combined with the events of 2020 gave me a sudden awakening to the brokenness of our heathcare system. I needed to do something to help people navigate the missing pieces of the puzzle and address the real epidemic in America: metabolic disfunction.

As part of my nurse practitioner training, I combined my traditional medicine program with

providers who have a functional medicine approach so that I could learn how to integrate the best of both worlds.

I am a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner who:

is open to combining conventional medicine with alternative therapies
values a proactive, preventative mindset
embraces treating the whole person and recognizes the interconnnectedness of various aspects of health
